Villa in Cala D'or with a large private swimming pool with splash area for children
Villa Aguiles is a Mallorcan character villa located in the town of Cala d’Or. There is a lounge/dining room with sofas and a solid oak dining table. Patio doors lead out onto a covered terrace, which in turn overlooks the pool, terraces and open countryside beyond. Leading from the more formal dining area there is a further, more simply furnished, breakfast room with a large table and seating for ten guests. There is also a well fitted oak kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine for your added convenience and a cloakroom with WC. On the ground floor level, there is a twin bedroom and the master double with patio doors onto its own front terrace. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom has a jacuzzi corner bath and walk-in shower. This ensuite bathroom is used for the two bedrooms of the ground floor. A staircase leads up to the first floor where three further bedrooms can be found. There are two twin bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, whilst the third bedroom is a double with an ensuite bathroom. All three bedrooms on this level have satellite television.
Outside, there is a gorgeous, covered terrace and a few steps lead down to a most large private swimming pool with a statue feature (partly submerged) and with an extensive splash area for children to play and enjoy. Spacious terraces surround the pool and a major feature here is the barbecue kitchen with seating for al-fresco meals.
