Villa Tanca is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that sleeps up to 8 guests and is a simple typical Majorcan farmhouse located in the countryside close to the outskirts of Calonge. The villa enjoys wonderful, open views across the fields and down to the sea in the distance. The tourist resort of Cala D'Or, with several sandy coves is 5 minutes away via car. Villa Tanca is simply furnished with a mix of wooden furniture and antique dark-wood Majorcan furniture. The exterior is very spacious, private and relaxing with a lovely lawned area with Mediterranean plants, tall palm trees that provide a nice shade and a garden with almond and orange trees.
From the main entrance you access into a spacious hall/lounge with antique furniture that connects to the bedrooms and kitchen. The open plan kitchen which is very spacious has a dining area with access onto the garden terrace. On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms with antique Majorcan furniture, both with ensuite bathrooms. On the first floor there's a second lounge with two large corner sofas with views over the pool and garden. This floor boasts two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is also a side sun terrace with great open views of the countryside and down to the sea at Cala D'Or.
