Villa Binifarda Dor is set in a privileged area Binifarda, on a hill in the middle of nature; a peaceful area surrounded by pine trees, four kilometres from Felanitx where you can find shops, restaurants, cafes and visit the bustling market which takes place every Sunday. The tourist area of Cala D'Or is a popular destination for tourists with several sandy coves; a never-ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international yacht harbour, approximately sixteen kilometres away. Villa Binifarda Dor is a fantastic country villa with a beautiful design, it is spacious and full of natural light.
From the exterior, a few steps take you to the main building. On the ground floor there is an open, spacious area that holds the kitchen, dining and living area. This open area is wonderfully furnished in a rustic style. There is a well-equipped island kitchen, a large dining table and a comfortable living area. There is also a beautifully designed four-sided fireplace between the living and dining area. There is a utility room to next to the kitchen. On this floor there is also a single bedroom that has access outside and a separate shower room. Accessed via a small wooden staircase there is a bedroom located on an upper floor, furnished with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large corner bath. This bedroom can also be accessed from the exterior. The other three bedrooms are separated from the house and have external access, these are on a lower level close to the pool. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom.
There is a large, covered terrace overlooking the pool with a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals. There is a portable barbecue also. From the covered terrace, a few steps take you down to the swimming pool area. The swimming pool was designed with accessibility and style in mind choosing to build Roman steps for all to enjoy, cooling off from the heat of the day. The large sun terrace with comfortable reclining sun beds around the swimming pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the long summer days. From here you have great panoramic views.
