Villa Capricorn is situated in Cala Egos, Cala D'Or and is only fifty metres away to the sandy cove of Caló d'es Pou. Just a few minutes by foot you can reach the centre of Cala Egos with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The bustling tourist resort of Cala d'Or is four kilometres away with streets lined with shops, restaurants, bars with live music/nightlife and a beautiful marina.
The villa is cosy and set over the ground floor, ideal for accessibility. The comfortable living room is furnished with a flat screen television, comfortable seating and direct access to the private swimming pool area, two steps from here takes you to the open dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you will require for a pleasant stay. There are four twin bedrooms in this villa, the first has an ensuite shower room and the other two share a bathroom. The last bedroom has a separate entrance from the terrace and an ensuite shower room. Close to the entrance, there is another shower room and for your added convenience there is a utility room with a washing machine. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms.
Outside, the charming, covered terrace is perfect for al-fresco meals. You can refresh in the swimming pool and relax on the surrounding terraces with sunbeds and palm trees offering lovely shaded areas. To the exterior you will also find a table tennis.
