Overview
Villa Cascia is a quaint farmhouse set in a peaceful location in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, among vineyards and Olive groves, and boasts a privileged panoramic view overlooking the Florentine Valdarno. In fact, the strategic location of the villa offers the opportunity to go on many excursions by foot or bicycle, and for those who love art and history, you can visit nearby villages, parishes and monasteries, or the most important cities of art in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
The villa has been renovated in accordance with Tuscan tradition; the interior is enhanced by beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. In front of the house there is a swimming pool with an outdoor shower and sunbathing area with deckchairs, set in a large garden. The outdoor area can be reached via the living room and has a table for pleasant summer dining and a built-in barbecue.
On the ground floor there is a lounge with satellite television, a DVD player and an ancient fireplace, which can be used to cook on the grill; a dining room; a kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a microwave; one small double room with ensuite and washing machine. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms; one double bedroom with an additional single bed; one double bedroom with an additional single bed and a bathroom with shower and one bathroom with a bath and shower.
