Overview
Villa Borgo Vinci is an ancient hayloft which has been completely renovated and transformed into a comfortable, elegant holiday villa. The recent restoration work that the structure has undergone has kept its characteristics intact, with the addition of all the services necessary for the modern guest. This property is located on a hill rising above the Arno valley, south of Florence and is surrounded by Olive tree groves and small vineyards. Thanks to its position you can easily reach all the characteristic villages in the area, such as Vinci (hometown of the great Leonardo da Vinci) as well as the bigger cities and towns, such as Florence and San Gimignano, all of which are not far away.
The villa is completely fenced and includes a beautiful swimming pool, barbecue and a large pergola for outdoor dining, all of which are surrounded by hedges and flowers. The property is fitted with central heating and air conditioning. There is also one cot included.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a fireplace, satellite television and direct access to the swimming pool. There is also a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the first floor accessed from a beautiful open stairway there is one double bedroom with shower ensuite; one bedroom with small double bed and one shower ensuite. On the second floor there is a double bedroom (in the attic) with a panoramic view and a shower ensuite. There is also a large study/bedroom with double sofa bed.
