Elegant Tuscany villa from the 18th Century situated in eighteen acres of woodland and Olive groves on the green hills lining the valley called Valdinievole just a short distance from Montecatini and Monsummano Terme in Tuscany. The owners have carried out a rigorous and accurate renovation using only materials (such as stone) from the surrounding area and period while ensuring a structure which respects the norms of bio-architecture. Spectacular 360° views from the garden over the surrounding hills. Very peaceful position: the road in front of this Tuscany villa rental is used by only a few residents. At guests’ disposal is a private swimming pool with spill-over edge, counter-current swimming, hydromassage area for eight people, changing room, WC and shower, situated on a natural terrace a few metres below the level of the villa equipped with tables, sun-loungers and chairs; play area for children. The villa has an array of antique ornaments, paintings, period doors, prints and Persian carpets. On the other hand, the house has every possible modern comfort.
Complimentary welcome basket (homemade pasta sources, pasta, salad, bread and parmisan cheese with Chianti wine, toasted bread, croissants, marmalade, cereals, honey, butter, fruit juice, coffee, milk, tea, sugar and water), three hours cleaning/once a week (Wednesday). Service to be requested 24 hours after booking and to be paid locally: maid service (12 Euro/hour), cooking at the villa, extra linen change (130 Euro), hire car with driver (30/40 Euro/ hour), driver with guest's car (20 Euro/hour), baby-sitter (10 Euro/hour), shopping delivered (price to be agreed), hair dresser, beautician or masseuse at home, bodyguard (price to be agreed). On request possibility for catering for up to 50/60 guests with or without entertainment (specialized in Tuscan and Italian cooking), guided visits to museums or art cities, painting courses (on canvas or porcelain), courses in Italian cooking (especially Tuscan). Independent heating and air-conditioning in all the rooms. Cot, highchair and three mountain bikes are available. The house is equipped with an alarm system and Wi-Fi. Parking on the property for up to five cars.
On the ground floor there is a living room with an antique fireplace, games table and one double sofa bed, living/dining room with table for eight people, kitchen (dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice machine, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster) with fireplace and table for eight people, second kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster) with table for six people, living room with double fronted fireplace, large dining-room with table for sixteen people with double fronted fireplace (communicating with the living-room), games room with double sofa-bed, billiard room, two bathrooms with hydro massage showers, laundry (washing-machine, drying-machine). On the mezzanine floor (access from the stair in the dining-room) there is one twin bedroom. On the first floor (access through two staircases in different parts of the house) one double bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with hydro massage bath, two double bedrooms with king-size bed and each with bathroom with hydro massage shower, one double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite with hydro massage shower and loft access through a spiral stair with one single bed; one twin bedroom with an additional single bed; one single bedroom; one bathroom with hydro massage bath. All windows have mosquito screens. All beds have patented Waterlily mattresses to ensure maximum comfort. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. The lighting of each bedroom is equipped with an automatic bio-switch for disconnecting the electricity, eliminating the electric tension when all the lights are off, thus permitting freedom from magnetic fields when you sleep.
