Elegant wood flooring surrounds the swimming pool along with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side there is an arbour with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and a small construction with a wood oven and stone barbecue perfect for making pizza. Every part of the garden has a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards and Olive groves. There are also parking spaces on the property.
The interior of the villa has been carefully restored mixing the traditional aspects of a Tuscan country house with new materials and light colours. The bathrooms, all different from each other, are original and practical. The main house is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace; modern fully equipped kitchen; dining room with a large table for twelve people; a double bedroom with ensuite shower (suitable for individuals with accessibility requirements) and a WC.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will immediately notice the wood flooring, with two double bedrooms each utilising an ensuite with bath; a twin bedroom with shower ensuite; a bedroom with shower ensuite and is also accessible from the ancient outdoor staircase.
The annex has an interesting structure whilst being spacious and bright with large windows without curtains which make it feel like a large indoor garden. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and the dining room. Five steps down take you to an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is a loft above the living room which has a large double bed in the middle, while on the other side of a partition there is a bathroom with a hydromassage bath and underwater lighting. The windows are typical of an ancient barn letting natural light enter and cannot be seen from the outside. This is ideal for those who like being woken by sunlight.
