This lovely converted Majorcan finca has a great deal of character and enjoys a wonderful location in the peaceful and sought after area of the Son March valley. Tastefully furnished throughout, the villa has a fusion of modern and rustic furnishing and décor which provides a lovely setting for a summer holiday.
At ground floor level there is a lounge dining area with comfortable sofa seating, TV with satellite channels and a DVD and dining facilities. Patio doors lead out onto a furnished exterior shaded terrace. There is also at ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc, and one shower room. With an external access there is a laundry room with a washing machine and sink.
Upstairs on the first floor are the bedrooms, two doubles (one en suite with a shower room), one twin room and a single, and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 8:00 PM to 06:00 AM (these times cannot be extended and/or changed except on July and August).
Outside the property there is a spacious covered and attractively furnished terrace, plenty of sun terracing around the large private pool which enjoys the beautiful countryside and mountain views all around. The swimming pool has a roman steps entrance at one end and an open air shower. There is also a built in barbecue to the side of the house with table and benches, a lawned area to one side, and mature trees and shrubs giving the property a mature and spacious feel with plenty of room for children to play in.
This villa is in a very tranquil spot and has a rustic Majorcan charm and for those looking for peace and quiet is ideal.
