Crestaix d'Alt is a lovely villa situated in Crestaix, a peaceful residential area between Sa Pobla and the old Roman town of Pollensa. Ideal for couples, this romantic villa has pretty gardens, which encase a private swimming pool. The villa is a 15 minute drive to the popular Pollensa town where there is a weekly market every Sunday and a wide array of shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also just a short drive away.
Inside the villa is tastefully furnished with a well equipped kitchen and open plan lounge diner. Stairs lead to the mezzanine bedroom. On the ground floor you will have access to the open plan kitchen, the lounge with flat screen TV and access to the terrace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, equipped with conditioning, and also the bathroom which has a bath with over head shower.
The exterior of the villa comprises of a covered dining area, and a built in barbecue, where you will be able to dine and relax with a drink.
