Overview
Villa Magdalena is a beautiful country villa just outside the old town of Pollensa in the beautiful countryside, with gently sloping hills in the background.
The pool has great appeal, being the ideal option to cool off. There is also an outdoor dining area, the perfect place to shelter from the sun's rays, still enjoying the warm Mallorcan summer nights.
Inside, the house is in a traditional Mallorcan style, with wooden furniture and Spanish plates on the wall. With three bedrooms, the villa can accommodate a maximum of six people.
Upon entering the villa, there is a dining room welcoming guest and a corridor with access to the fully furnished independent kitchen. There are three double bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a second bathroom.
One of the most remarkable aspects of this farm is that it is only 950 metres from the Plaza Mayor of Pollensa. The old town of Pollensa has historic buildings, most notably the staircase of more than 400 steps that leads to the hermitage of Calvario, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. In addition, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are just a short drive away and benefit from beautiful beaches.
