Villa Xemarri is a superb two storey country villa, located between Santanyi and Cas Concos sleeping up to 12 guests, offering a high standard accommodation located in a quiet and peaceful area. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful large lawned garden with magnificent views across the open, tranquil countryside and offers a great pool which can be gated. On the outside, close to the garden there is a playground for children. One bedroom with shower ensuite is suitable for wheelchairs downstairs.
Villa Xemarri is a charming country villa full of natural light and furnished to a very high standard. The ground floor counts with a hall that opens into bright the living/dining room with a really nice ambience, including some paintings of the owner. French doors open to the poolside and bougainvillea covered garden terraces. There is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with a side door to the large, covered BBQ area. This floor offers three bedrooms, all very spacious and with gorgeous views of the gardens. A twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and there are French doors opening to the gardens. This ensuite shower room is suitable for wheelchairs. There are two more twin bedrooms that share the adjacent full bath/shower room. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the pool and garden terraces. There is a guest's cloakroom/WC close to the hall. A beautiful marble staircase leads up to the first floor study room. This is a delightfully quiet, relaxed seating area with the views from this room towards Santanyi. The upper floor offers three more bedrooms. A twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and access to the upper terrace with fabulous views. The next bedroom, also with twin beds, has ensuite shower room, and access to the furnished balcony which is ideal for private sunbathing. The last bedroom has a double bed and full ensuite shower room. The far reaching views from this floor stretch across the open countryside towards the distant islands of Cabrera are truly beautiful.
