Villa is Miquel Tomas ideally located just outside Cas Concos, off an unmade country lane affording a totally quiet and private location. This delightful villa is very family orientated. Here, you can watch horses and sheep in the almond groves adding an extra interest for children whilst enjoying the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. Beautifully presented with high standard furnishings, fittings and with air conditioning in all bedrooms. On entering from the front covered porch, there is an arched entrance into the hallway leading to the spacious living/dining room with a feature fireplace, separate dining area and doorway to the rear covered dining terrace. From the well fitted kitchen there is a side door that leads us to a delightful patio. On the ground floor the house boasts two double bedrooms, each with fine views and adjacent family bathroom. Stairs lead up to the landing area and onto the double bedroom with twin beds and a private sun terrace with truly amazing views towards Cas Concos. You will then find a double bedroom with antique furniture, a single bedroom and a full family bathroom. From the rear covered dining terrace, a few steps lead down to the Mediterranean garden and to the gated swimming pool, completely fenced all around and there is a comfortable furnished sun terrace with sun beds that invites you to sunbathe and relax being surrounded by wonderful views. There is also a brick built BBQ and an outside toilet. There is a small, grassed area for children to play on.
