Villa Guacarachas is a spacious villa that can sleep up to ten guests. Situated in an excellent location with access to the sea from the rocks below or take a short walk to Cala Esmeralda beach, Cala D'Or. The private swimming pool and terrace benefits from unobstructed picturesque views of the sea, the perfect backdrop for photographs. The villa is distributed over two floors, is spacious and has several areas to enjoy the sun and relax.
On the ground floor is the living room with comfortable sofas, great views of the sea and a table for meals, with access to the terrace; a double bedroom is accessed from the living room with an ensuite bathroom and also benefits from patio doors onto the terrace. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen ready to prepare and cook Mediterranean delights. A few steps lead to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower-room and from the courtyard three more bedrooms can be accessed. There is a bedroom with twin beds and a compact ensuite shower room and another with a double bed and shower room close to the bedroom. The last bedroom features a double bed and has an ensuite shower room; from this bedroom there is access to the first floor where there is a second living room.
The fantastic outdoor space comes with a barbecue area, table to enjoy meals whilst admiring the sea view, a private swimming pool and several areas to enjoy the sun and the shade. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms for a fixed and limited time.
