Villa Roca is a country villa that is located on a tranquil hillside, with breathtaking views. This is the ideal place to enjoy a deep sense of peace as the villa is surrounded by an attractive landscape. The front side enjoys great views of the countryside with panoramic coastal views in the distance. The other side has beautiful open views over central Mallorca with the mountains in the distance.

Villa Roca is full of natural light and is arranged on three levels. From the hall there is direct access to the dining room with two dining areas, one in the tower with an open fireplace and the other by the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has access to the back covered terrace with the outside dining area. This floor has a shower room and a utility room with the washing machine. From the hall, stairs take us to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a twin bedroom with access to a back small, covered terrace with great views and a double bedroom with French balcony overlooking the fantastic landscape. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom with overhead shower. From here a few steps take us to the intermediate floor where there is a twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking central Mallorca and the living room located in the tower. French doors connect to a front terrace with a table and chairs overlooking charming country views with the coast in the distance. Another few steps take us to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom, a separate bathroom with overhead shower and a terrace with wonderful views.

Outside, you will find a lovely private swimming pool with sunbeds, perfect for relaxation. There is also both covered and alfresco dining areas.
