Villa Felicidade Rocha I located in Calheta, offers beautiful views, a private swimming pool allowing for a peaceful villa holiday in the Madeiran countryside.
The villa is located on a plot next to Villa Felicidade Rocha II which is also available to rent if you have a large group. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one twin bedroom. On the ground floor you will find a large open plan kitchen with all amenities if you wish to cook up some meals. Outside is the “icing on the cake”: a fantastic swimming pool set in a large, lawned area, where you will certainly spend your days relaxing in the warm sunshine. There’s also a barbecue handy for those summer alfresco meals.
The villa is located in the West of Madeira Island, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, municipality of Calheta, offering a great base for a peaceful villa holiday. A forty-minute drive away are the famous swimming pools of Porto Moniz. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse, which is an 8-minute drive away. Nearby there is a restaurant and a market, in the Prazeres area. In the municipality of Calheta you can visit the museum of 'Casa das Mudas' or go for a swim on the sandy beach, right in the centre of the village. There you will find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.
