Casa da Maloeira is located on the west side of the Island, it is a beautiful villa located in a perfect and isolated, agricultural area, great for those who simply want to switch off on their villa holiday! The villa underwent a complete renovation in 2020, transforming it into a contemporary property, with new furnishings and environmentally friendly solar panels.
Privileging natural light, the entire interior offers comfort. You’ll find two bedrooms on the 1st floor, both with double beds and three bathrooms, with a WC located on the ground floor. The outside offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and lawn offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding mountains, perfect for the ultimate relaxing holiday.
The villa is located in the small community of Maloeira in Fajã da Ovelha. Roughly 200 meters from the villa is a small grocery store with fresh products, with the nearest restaurant being 1km away. Thanks to Madeira’s warm climate year round, it is the perfect base for discovering the island. A short 20 minutes’ drive and you are in the centre of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants, a supermarket and the fantastic Museum of Contemporary Art. Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar are within a 10-minute drive. These two small villages offer their own beach, entertainment and stunning natural beauty.
