Overview
Villa Anticopozzo consists of two barns, recently restored with great care and equipped with every comfort, with two double and two twin bedrooms plus a double sofa bed and four bathrooms, for a total of ten people. Perfect for two families, the villa offers space to spend time together around the swimming pool and terrace. Both properties have central heating, air conditioning, satellite television and free Wi-Fi.
The external area is mostly lawn and completely fenced, surrounding the house on three sides. One barn has a view of the pool and the other a panoramic view from the terrace with gazebo, table, chairs, wood oven and stone barbecue for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. There are also four parking spaces on the property.
Both properties have been carefully restored and are complete with every luxury. The first barn is over two floors: the ground floor can be accessed from an external staircase and has a cosy living room; a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional fireplace and stone cooking area; there are two bathrooms with a shower and a small laundry room with washing machine. Leading down to the lower floor are six steps; here you will find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (beds can be joined) with outdoor access.
The second barn has a small fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and an open loft which has a living area with satellite television, fireplace and double sofa bed. To complete the ground floor is a twin bedroom (beds can be joined); one bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Anticopozzo is in a panoramic position overlooking the hills in the Chianti classico area, near the town of Poggibonsi. The location is perfect for alternating relaxing days with trips to Tuscany’s most famous cities, like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra, as well as small Chianti towns and villages such as Greve, Radda, Castellina and Gaiole. The property is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, woods, small lakes and paths which are perfect for walks or mountain biking. 3 km Poggibonsi (all shops), 17 km San Gimignano, 39 km Siena and Volterra, 48 km Florence.
