The main entrance is on the ground floor, with large, bright open spaces and large windows. The kitchen also has a large central table and is fully equipped with everything you may need on holiday. Rounding up the ground floor are two double bedrooms with shower ensuite and a WC. The first floor has three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite and bath; a double bedroom with ensuite including a bath and shower; a twin bedroom and ensuite with a bath and shower; finally a twin bedroom and ensuite with bath.
The villa is perfect for nature lovers looking to mix rest and visits to Tuscany’s famous centres, like San Gimignano with its renowned medieval towers or the Etruscan beauty of Volterra. Florence and Siena are both just over a half hour drive away. Hiking and mountain biking lovers can enjoy the many paths and gravel roads in the surrounding countryside, while the Etruscan coastline with its marvellous beaches is an hour’s drive away.
