External Area and Swimming Pool
Totally immersed in the greenery of a large garden and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa enjoys a stunning view of the sweet hills nearby. The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 4 metres and a depth going from 1.15 to 1.70m, is found in a sheltered spot with a solarium terrace overlooking a sweeping landscape. Furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds and a shower, just next to the annexe you'll find a kitchen including tables and cutlery the perfect place to spend whole days outdoors. The villa is reached through a grand iron gate which opens upon a gravel car park to leave your car close to the main entrance.
Interior
On the ground floor there is a large living room furnished with sofas, armchairs and satellite TV, WC (with double basins). Going up two steps, you find a second living room, a reading room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with central island unit and the dining room. Going up 5 steps, you find 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom and shower. The first floor is reached through a large winding stairway where there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with bath and basin in the rooms and a WC with a bidet in a separate room. Another wing of the first floor is reached through an outdoor stairway with a covered loggia where there are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower.

Villa Arnilù is in a scenic location in the typical rolling hills amongst vineyards and olive trees overlooking the characteristic towers of the ancient medieval town of San Gimignano.

The typically medieval town of San Gimignano, 2.5km away, must be visited. Discover the other medieval towns which are a short distance away from San Gimignano by going on day trips to Siena, Colle Val D’Elsa, Monteriggioni, Volterra as well as cities such as Pisa and Florence. For lovers of the country landscape, the area of the Chianti Classico with the ancient villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti is of particular interest.
