This large countryside villa, built in the 70’s with five double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, a double sofa bed and four bathrooms capable of holding up to fifteen persons with a garden, private swimming pool and open areas perfect for spending your time outdoors. The villa is completely enclosed with a large well-kept lawn, tall plants measuring on three sides of the house, perfect for staying outdoors and having barbecues. Finally, on the ground floor but with a separate entrance from the garden, you will find a double bedroom and bathroom with a shower and a large living area boasting a double sofa bed, satellite television and kitchenette, with access to the outdoor area for meals.
The villa is part of a large farm, surrounded by vineyards which produce great wine, in a raised position with a breath-taking view of the medieval towers of San Gimignano. The villa is in a great position for discovering the beauties that Val d’Elsa and Tuscany have to offer, with many typical towns like San Gimignano, a medieval town famous for its towers, Certaldo, hometown of Boccaccio and the Etruscan town Volterra. Larger cities like Siena and Florence are both within an hours drive. Certaldo 7 km (all kinds of shops), San Gimignano 10 km, Poggibonsi 11 km, Volterra 38 km, Siena 46 km, Florence 52 km.
