Overview
Villa Tamerici is a country villa with and outbuilding accommodating up to eight guests with four double bedrooms; three bathrooms and a sofa bed. The house has a private pool which is fenced for children’s safety, a garden with table table and a furnished veranda for outdoor meals. You will also find Wi-Fi, satellite television and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The large space surrounding the house makes it perfect for groups of friends or large families looking to have a relaxing holiday and providing the possibility for children to play outside. The house is fully fenced, with a large garden made up mostly of lawn and embellished with trees and bushes which create shaded areas where you will find the table and a small grass football pitch. In the garden you will also find the private, fenced swimming pool surrounded by a bathing area complete with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and an outdoor hot water shower. In front of the house’s main entrance there is a charming pergola with a fitness area and a dining area with a table and chairs. The stone barbecue is just a few metres from here.
The villa has a main building and an outbuilding twenty metres away. The main house has two floors: the external veranda leads to the ground floor where you will find the large hall, divided into: a living room with armchairs, sofas and satellite television; the dining room with a large table. The kitchen all in stone, fully equipped with utensils and a fireplace. A bathroom with a shower finishes this floor. A staircase leads to the first floor, with a bathroom with shower and three double bedrooms, of which one has a wardrobe. The outbuilding has a living room with satellite television; a single sofa bed; a dining area; a small, equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the open loft with a double bed.
Tamerici is on a hillside surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees and woods and is easily accessible. The area is typical of the Tuscan hills, with scattered houses, cypress-lined roads and lots of greenery. The view is beautiful and very relaxing. The most important city nearby is San Miniato, Slow Food city, with its annual “Sagra del Tartufo Bianco” (festival of the white truffle) in October and November, as well as shops and traditional restaurants. For golf lovers, the San Miniato Golf Club is just 9 km away and there are other further golf courses like Castelfalfi and Montecatini Terme. We strongly recommend visiting famous cities like Pisa, San Gimignano, Florence, Lucca and Siena, although you’ll be short on time to visit them all! 7 km San Miniato, 40 km San Gimignano, 45 km Florence, 51 km Lucca, 53 km Pisa, 60 km Tirrenia (sand beaches), 70 km Siena.
