Overview
Villa Selvamaggio is a large villa that is part of a farm, situated in the hills which overlook the valley of the river Ambra, between the countryside, south of Siena and the Arno valley. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and cypress trees reaching high into the sky. Recently renovated, the villa has been made even more comfortable thanks to some antiques included in the furnishing. It is particularly suitable for large families or groups of friends who would like to spend their holidays near the city of Siena. The farm produces excellent wines, both red and white.
Outside, the villa is on two levels and overlooks the vineyard, the higher part has an avenue with sycamore trees and a large furnished terrace. From here, you go down to the lower level which is an Italian garden where the swimming pool is. A large hall created from the ancient cellars can be used upon request and for special occasions.
Villa Selvamaggio has central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, baby bed, wi-fi internet connect. Guests have at their disposal a laundry room (washing machine). Included in the price is a maid service 3 hours/day. The tennis court can be shared with the other apartments and there is car parking on the property.
