Overview
Villa Torreantica is in the gentle rolling hills of the Sienese Chianti region, whose origins date back to the 13th century when it was a watchtower dominating over the streets and possessions of the lords of the valley. Centuries have passed but the beauty of the landscape has not changed, thus becoming famous throughout the world. Now, Villa Torreantica has become a beautiful and comfortable villa with an annexe where groups of friends/families can spend their holiday alternating between rest and relaxation, and cultural outings to the cities and towns in this part of Tuscany, the center of which is Siena.
Restoration of the villa has exalted its ancient characteristics, such as the wooden beams, terracotta floors and brick arches. The villa is also surrounded by a beautiful lawn that slopes down towards the vineyards and olive groves, all of which are surrounded by woods and cypresses. In the lawn, below the villa, there is the swimming pool, and the garden is well equipped with an area for outdoor dining and a barbecue. The villa has central heating, baby-bed, washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet connection. You will also get 2 hours/day of cleaning (Monday to Saturday) included in the price. Upon request and to be paid for on location, you could benefit from extra hours of maid service, wine tasting in the cellar, cooking classes, yoga classes, a chef and a babysitter. There is parking available in the property.
