Casa Romano is a beautiful 200 sqm farmhouse with swimming pool and large garden, able to accommodate 9 people in 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with an extra single bed, 1 twin bedded room, 3 bathrooms. The farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house, mosquito nets on all windows, satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, games for children and table tennis and parking on the property.
Outside, the farmhouse is surrounded by a large area of 4,000 square meters with a very well-kept garden, partially fenced, and with an infinity pool with salt water, cold water shower, equipped sitting area, gazebo next to the pool with built in barbecue and sink, sun loungers, umbrellas, games for children and table tennis. There is a beautiful loggia equipped with a table for outdoor breakfasts and the garden is equipped with piped music.
Casa Romano is located at the foot of a low hill, near the famous medieval town of Cortona, in a panoramic position, surrounded by vineyards and cultivated fields. Casa Romano is equipped with heating, air conditioning, a baby bed, highchair, internet connection and mosquito nets on all windows. All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Only small pets are allowed and there are horses on site but are only available to experienced guests.
