Overview
Villa Fattoria nel Chianti is a classic manor, 350 sq. m., in a panoramic location with a large garden and private swimming pool. The house has 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can host up to 10 guests. You will find Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a furnished loggia for outdoor meals, as well as for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful countryside.
Outside, you reach the property from a long road with rows of cypress trees, creating a typical Tuscan scenery along with the surrounding vineyards. Behind the villa you will find the English garden, fully enclosed and with a 60 sq. m. loggia with tables, chairs, a ping-pong table and stonework barbecue. The swimming pool, which has illumination and is heated with solar panels (24°C) and is enclosed by a hedge for children’s’ safety. All around the pool is a paved area with sunbeds, beach umbrella and a table. You will also find a small bathroom with shower and two sinks. On the first floor of the villa, there is a large terrace, shaded by a curtain, with access from the living room and furnished with tables and chairs for relaxing outdoor breakfasts while admiring the view. Parking is available the property.
The villa is on three floors. The ground floor is where the wine cellars are and is accessible only by the owners. A double staircase (outdoor) leads to the first floor where, upon entrance, you will find the living room with a large fireplace and access to the terrace and the dining room. The stonework kitchen is well equipped and there is also a pantry. On this floor you will also find another living/reading room with satellite TV (includes a DVD player), a bathroom with bathtub and a washing room, with washing machine and dryer. The washing room can be used by guests but is also used by the owners. A staircase then brings you to the second floor, with a large double bedroom with bathroom with massaging jet bathtub and double sink, 2 twin bedded rooms, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
