Overview
Villa Setteponti is a beautiful small villa that stands in a panoramic and quiet position on the slopes of Pratomagno in the heart of the Upper Arno Valley, surrounded by Olive groves and vineyards, and offering a spectacular view of the valley. About two kilometres away is the village of Loro Ciuffenna, where many characteristics of this ancient medieval hamlet have been preserved. Thanks to the property geographical position it is easy to reach the main Tuscan art cities like Florence, Siena and Arezzo in less than an hour by car. Nearby, the ancient Via dei Setteponti curls along a mountainous and panoramic route dotted with many small towns rich with history, Roman churches, and medieval hamlets. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden enclosed with hedges and equipped with a built-in barbecue, loungers, and a private swimming pool with an external shower. The house is fitted with Wi-Fi and heating. There are also three covered garages at guests’ disposal. Access along a private unpaved road reserved exclusively to guests; the entry to the villa is provided with an automatic gate.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a satellite television, DVD player, PlayStation and a double sofa bed; large kitchen/dining area for up to twelve people, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, iron and ironing board and direct access to a patio furnished with tables and chairs for dining outdoors. There is one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower, washing machine and a hair dryer. On the first floor there is are three double bedrooms; one bedroom with bunk beds; one bathroom with a shower; one bathroom with a bath and a panoramic terrace.
