Villa Grayton is a beautiful villa on the waters. As you enter, your eyes are immediately drawn to the sparkling private south-facing swimming pool as well as the waters of the intercoastal canal beyond. This villa is on a wide canal, perfect for most boats. At only 10-15 minutes in the canals via boat, you’ll be out on the waters of Charlotte Harbor in no time. The 3 bedrooms in this villa are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and patio access. One guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, the other is another king size bed which shares a jack and jill bathroom. The main living room features a large sofa as well as a huge flat-screen TV. A second family room includes an additional TV, along with plenty of seating and space to spread out and enjoy family time. Take advantage of the perfect kitchen with plenty of space to prepare any meal. The amenities in this villa are perfect for a sunny Florida holiday! The sparkling swimming pool is the perfect place to spend all day soaking up the sun. Hop in and cool off after a long day of boating too. With southern exposure, you’ll get sun all day long. The lanai also includes a bathroom with shower.
