Overview
The appeal of Villa Royce, a newly renovated 5-bedroom villa located in Cerrados de Aguila, is its unbeatable location and modern decor. Located within a short drive to some of Costa del Sol’s most infamous golf courses as well as sandy beaches and promenades makes this villa appealing for both golfers and families alike. The moment that you enter into Villa Royce you are greeted by a grand foyer that is lit by the natural light that shines through the ground to ceiling windows. The salon with its comfortable black leather sofas, armchairs and granite coffee table ensures an ideal relaxing place for all those that stay.
The living room leads into the dining area with a large table and comfortable leather chairs, seating 10 it is the perfect place for the family to come together for an evening meal. The sleek and compact kitchen with its contrasting brown and black worktops consists of all modern appliances and is well equipped to prepare an evening family. Through the side door you can access the covered patio where you have an additional dining suite that can seat 8.
The outside terrace that wraps around the back of the villa is one of the features that truly stands out. You can dine under the covered terrace, or at the dining table by the pool, relax on the sofas in the chill out area or take a dip in the saltwater pool. Its outside on the terrace where we believe you will spend most of your time. It is here where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Mijas mountains, spend a sun-soaked day by the pool, come together for al fresco dining outdoors or maybe evening drinks under the stars.
Inside, 4 out of the 5 of the double bedrooms are upstairs making it great for families with small children who want to all be on the same level. The master bedroom and the bedroom next to it have access to a large terrace, perfect for morning coffee with a view of the gardens and pool. The third bedroom has bunk beds and also a day bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom whilst the other 3 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms to share with shower facilities. The fifth bedroom is on the entrance level and has a double bed and the use of the downstairs bathroom with shower.
Within an easy 20 minute drive you have your choice of various beaches, chiringuitos, the nightlife of Fuengirola and dozens of restaurants to suit every possible taste.
For children there is a nearby water park and petting zoo, whilst for the adults that enjoy retail therapy there’s some fantastic shopping, from designer labels to cute boutiques at the Corte Ingles in Fuengirola.
