Villa Varitx Cerda is a lovely three bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, located just below the impressive Tramuntana mountain range in Pollensa. This is a perfect setting for those seeking peace and tranquillity as the villa is located in a very quiet area of the Son March valley but just a mere 5kms to old Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa beaches beyond.
Inside, the villa is set all on one level and is comfortably furnished with a lovely open plan lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning on a timer, and three bathrooms. The villa has been furnished in a traditional style with wooden beams and terracotta floors throughout.
Outside, the stone clad villa offers a lovely terrace with a private swimming pool with sunloungers around the edge and plenty of shaded/covered areas which are perfect for outdoor dining. You can also find a BBQ area with a sink and a further shower room. Please note free WiFi included in the total price.
