Villa Suari is situated in a tranquil countryside location just a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa, where you can find many restaurants, bars, and shops.
This two storey villa has been furnished in local traditional Majorcan style. The main entrance door leads into a spacious combined living/dining room with a wood beamed ceiling. There are two comfortable sofas and an armchair for those who wish to relax and watch TV, and a dining table and chairs. From here there is a large separate kitchen furnished in dark wood and has a breakfast table and door to the rear terrace. There is a gas hob and electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. A staircase from the lounge/dining area leads to the first floor where all the bedrooms are located; there are two twin bedrooms with beamed ceilings and views over the countryside and a further double bedroom and one single room. All the bedrooms share two full bathrooms.
Outside there is a furnished and covered terrace with built in barbeque. This area looks over the lovely swimming pool area, and beyond that you can see the Puig de María mountain next to Pollensa and the higher peaks behind. Finally, it has to be pointed out that this property offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.
