Overview
Villa Tolo has recently undergone a complete remodelling to accommodate four people, and it is situated down a country lane in the near area of Puerto Pollensa, in the North of Mallorca. The villa offers a calm and relaxing escape off the main road for those who wish to be outside the urban town, especially suitable to families. However, the beach is just four kilometres away, with the main local areas of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa nearby too.
The house is decorated in the traditional Mallorquin style, with a predominance of wood and stone. A large dining room leads to a well-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are light and spacious, and a bright bathroom finishes the interior ground floor. The outside terrace, with its stone pillars, is perfect for having a rest in the shade or for respite from the heat of the day. The outdoor area consists of a private swimming-pool, barbecue and a table and chairs to enjoy your own cooked meals.
