With your own fantastic, private view of the nearby mountains from the poolside, Villa Font Aina is a beautiful countryside retreat. It is perfectly located for those that wish to have privacy, yet being within easy reach of the facilities of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. This charming three bedroom villa has an authentic Spanish vibe and includes, Wi-Fi, along with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the lounge.
Inside the villa, the homely lounge and dining area are open plan, with a large feature fireplace and windows overlooking the pool and garden. The adjacent, kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, ideal for an early morning tea or coffee. A side door from the kitchen opens out to the gardens.
From the living area, a hallway leads to all three bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room whilst the two twin bedrooms share a separate shower room.
The exterior grounds are surrounded on three sides by superb views of the mountains. The spacious lawn and pool terrace provide plenty of space to relax and embrace the scenery and there is also a chill out area and dining facilities on the covered terrace. The barbecue is set to one side of the garden, enabling you to dine in the warm Mallorcan sunshine. With a table tennis table and pool table located in the garden, there is plenty of entertainment for small and big kids alike.
