Overview
Villa Punta Colet is a lovely, restored, stone villa situated on the ground floor sits in the peaceful countryside between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente offering a spacious and comfortable holiday home. A covered terrace alongside the roman style swimming pool offers a shaded area to relax, eat al fresco meals and escape from the heat of the day.
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dining facilities, while the utility area houses a washing machine and sink.
The lounge is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, dining facilities and patio doors allowing access to the terrace with a table tennis.
There are four bedrooms (one double and three twins), all with air-conditioning (on set times only). The double and two of the twin bedrooms have terrace access. There are also three bathrooms.
Finally, there is a big swimming pool with roman steps and a poolside shower, all surrounded by lawn. There is also a built-in barbecue and veranda.
