This lovely stone-built property is perfectly located in the unspoilt countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, just a few minutes drive from the sandy beach and shops / restaurants. Can Salas, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wide gardens, enjoys relaxing views over the mountains in the distance and is the perfect choice for a truly Mallorcan holiday surrounded by peace and tranquillity.
Inside, the accommodation is all on the ground floor (with the different areas of the villa linked by one or two steps).
The decor is rustic and charming at the same time, with whitewashed walls, sloped ceilings, exposed pine beams and in the dining room there is even a traditional wood burning stove!
The spacious lounge is located next to the kitchen/dining area and has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet. The spacious kitchen, full of natural light, is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms in total (1 double, 2 twins), as well as 2 bathrooms. One of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Outside, Can salas has three shaded patios in addition to sunbathing areas, making this a very pleasant villa for outdoor living and eating. The garden is mainly lawned around a kidney-shaped pool, beside which is a pretty covered barbecue and food preparation area, a true heaven for the lovers of al-fresco dining! Sunbeds and are provided for all the guests and the mature trees of the garden provide plenty of shade when required during the hottest hours of the day. Table tennis is also available.
