Villa Marc is a charming Mallorcan traditional style villa with its touch of quality, elegant and simple interior offers a charming atmosphere due to its decoration. Situated in an ideal location in the countryside, about 300 m from the road that runs halfway between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, not far from all the services and beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala St. Vicente. Villa Marc is in Pollensa and is located between covered natural grounds and open terraces with views of the countryside.
A large, covered terrace welcomes you. The front door leads from this terrace, directly into the elegant living room. To the right is a blue tiled full bathroom with a shower over the tub. Further to the right, there is a charming double bedroom with built-in wardrobes. At the end of the hall, the door opens to the double master bedroom with its own private bathroom with shower. To the left of the hall there is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes. The living room to the left leads to the spacious open plan dining room and fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, that divides the dining area. Directly from the kitchen door there is access to a utility room that has a door that leads directly to the outside which is accessed by 3 steps below. The dining area is a charming room, with glass doors that open, allowing direct access to the covered terrace with its comfortable terrace furniture. The terrace has direct access and overlooks the beautiful new swimming pool. As you exit the dining room, two steps lead down to a large double bedroom with two beds and there is a charming living room in this bedroom. A door leads from this bedroom directly to the outside onto a path with a pergola, this area leads to both the covered terrace and the pool and to the entertaining area, covered barbecue. The BBQ area is a lovely area to enjoy outdoor entertaining, with a large table and wide chairs, a side table with a lamp. This room enjoys views of the orange groves located near the Villa. Inside the covered barbecue, there is an outside toilet / shower.
The beautiful new pool is located at the front of the Villa, surrounded by grass on three sides and surrounded by natural surroundings, with extensive views of the countryside.
