Villa Mar IV is situated in the delightful area of La Font between Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa, this villa has stunning gardens with many different plants, creating a beautiful scenery.
Villa Mar IV is a lovely Mallorcan villa set in mature gardens. From the main entrance there is a large characterful open plan living room and dining area including a decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite TV and WIFI, and for dining a large wooden table and chairs. On the other side of the entrance there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven/hob, and microwave. There is also a separate utility area outside for the washing machine and the dishwasher. On the right hand side, a corridor gives us access to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprise of one double and two twins, all the bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bath and another with a shower unit. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
Outside the large, lovely kidney shape swimming pool with roman steps is set in well maintained gardens and mature trees. There is both a covered dining terrace and open terrace. The pool is heated during the months of April, May, and October to a maximum of 26 degrees.
