Villa Marina Golf is a cosy modern style house located close to the Pollensa golf course. This villa enjoys splendid views of the mountains and the lovely pool area. Villa Marina Golf is located only 2 kms from the town centre of Pollensa, where you can find a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The interior of the house is open plan and modern in style. The kitchen is magnificent, and it communicates directly with the dining room. It has a large window that overlooks the pool and the garden, as well as a side door that gives access to this area. There is also the living room, where you can find a flat screen TV and comfortable seating.
The rest area consists of 3 bedrooms. To be exact, there is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all of them are equipped with air conditioning / heating units. The living/dining room has another hot/cold air conditioning unit. Two elegant bathrooms complete the interior of the house (one with a shower and the other one with a bath and shower).
As for the exterior, the environment is truly spectacular. It should be added the barbecue, which will delight those who want to put their culinary skills to the test and then taste the results eating outdoors in an incomparable setting.
