All the accommodation of this property is on one level, which is perfect for families who have young children.
Inside the villa, there is an large open plan kitchen which leads into the lounge / dining area. The lounge consists of a wood burning fireplace and satellite TV. From the lounge area, a small arch leads to the two bedrooms. Consisting of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, they share the shower room. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and a door out to the back of the villa.
This stone clad villa is south facing and receives the sun on the pool area all day long. The well kept garden and lawn includes a brick built barbecue, which is next to the swimming pool and provides a wonderful setting for al fresco dining.
