The charming, restored family home is full of character with complimentary air conditioning in all the bedrooms; the original dwelling dates to the eighteenth century. Built over two floors, this stone clad farmhouse has many traditional features such as stone walls, terracotta tile floors, and is comfortably furnished throughout. From the front you can see the covered terrace in the with access into the property using traditional Mallorcan wooden double doors.
Inside the lounge has a comfortable seating area, traditional stonework, and a flat screen satellite TV. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob a walk-in pantry and exterior terrace access. There is also a dining room with access out to the terrace. There is also a utility area housing the washing machine. On the ground floor you can find one twin bedroom with swimming pool and garden views; this bedroom is adjacent to a shower room.
The main stairway leads up to the galleried landing onto the master twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private sun terrace. Two further attractive twin bedrooms each have access to the second sun terrace and share a good size family bathroom room. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units.
To the rear of the house is the impressive veranda with a huge solid oak banquet dining table comfortably seating eight. The superb oval shaped swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the crystal-clear waters surrounded by relaxing sun loungers bordered with a lawn area for children to play. There is also a poolside shower for your convenience. You can also pick your own grapes from the owner’s vineyard!
