Villa Pontarro is a welcoming villa with private swimming pool set in the countryside surrounding the charming old town of Pollensa (which is less than 1.5km away). This villa offers modern and stylish interiors together with large terraces for outdoor living. A gated driveway leads up to the parking area while a couple of steps lead to the covered terrace and front main door (the villa is set over one floor inside). The main door leads to the open-plan lounge/dining room, with attractive stone walls and beamed ceiling, together with a modern decor. The lounge has been tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, contemporary dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar by the well-equipped, brand new kitchen. An archway off the lounge leads to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a shower room.
Doors from lounge lead out to a covered terrace with comfy outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink. The covered terrace leads to a further open terrace and to the rectangular saltwater swimming pool with Roman steps into it. The pool is gated for extra safety. Alongside the pool area, there is a brick-built barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the pleasant Mallorcan climate.
