Villa Margarita Calla sleeps up to 6 guests. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and there is a private swimming pool. The villa is in a great location, close to the marina and Cala D'Or centre. The sandy cove of Cala D'Or is approximately 650 metres away. The pedestrian area in the centre of Cala D'Or offers shops, bars, a good choice of restaurants and pubs with live music. Cala D’Or marina has with superb waterfront restaurants and cafeterias and is only a short walk away.
Villa Margarita Calla has a main house and an annex. The main house offers a fitted kitchen with access to the outside and a living/dining room. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin that share a separate bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The third bedroom is in the first floor annex, accessed by an external staircase where there is also a second lounge and bathroom. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited and fixed timetable.
Outside there is a built in barbecue and covered terrace for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds to enjoy the summery days.
