Villa Pleta de Sa Punta is a spacious country villa for up to 8 guests, close to sandy beaches and amenities, located on the road that joins the Cala D’Or with Porto Petro. The marina of Cala D’Or is only 1 km away, where you will find many restaurants, cafeterias, boutiques and a supermarket. Cala D’Or centre is around 2.5km. away. Here, you will find a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. The charming seaside town of Porto Petro with superb restaurants, local shops and a supermarket is also 1 km away.
Villa Pleta de Sa Punta is a two storey country villa with a lot natural light. There is a living room with French doors opening to the front covered terrace and pool area. The dining room also has French doors opening to the covered terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast table and access the utility room with the washing machine. From the inner patio there is access to two bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with an en suite bathroom. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Stairs go from the inner patio to the upper floor where there are two more bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and corner bath and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to its own private terrace. The bedrooms offer air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable.
Villa Pleta de Sa Punta is surrounded by nature and bushes typical of Mallorca. There are two covered terraces overlooking the pool with table and chairs to enjoy delicious “al fresco” meals. The pool with Roman steps, is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun beds, ideal to spend the long summery days. Open pool side shower and built barbecue with a sink are also outside.
