Villa in Cala D'or with spacious terrace
Villa Hortet is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa that sleeps up to eight guests. The villa is located to the South of Mallorca near the town of Cala D’or where there is a yacht marina and many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Villa Hortet is distributed over two floors, on the first floor there is a living room with panoramic views of the Cala D’or marina and the dining room with access to the terrace. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and is fully equipped to prepare and cook any meal of the day. There is a utility area with a washing machine for convenience and a bathroom with a shower which completes this floor; outside the magnificent terrace has a table for "al fresco" meals. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor they comprise of one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have access to the terrace where the private swimming pool is located. The bedrooms share two bathrooms.
The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with palm trees. There is a billiard table and table tennis table for light competition. Outside there is a built-in barbecue ideal for cooking meals outside whilst enjoying the colourful sunsets.
There is a small apartment on the top floor which is occasionally used by the owner in July and August. He is by no means in the outdoor area or at the pool. Privacy is secured.
