Villa Dos Pinos is a five-bedroom and four-bathroom villa, perfect for a big group of friends or a large family, sleeping ten comfortably. From the main entrance you enter directly into a natural, bright and spacious living room with comfortable seating and access to a second living/dining room with exterior access to the swimming pool area. Create delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities necessary to enjoy your stay. Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom; these share two shower rooms also on this level. A staircase provides access to two further bedrooms, one twin and one double, both have ensuite shower rooms. All the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and there is ample natural light throughout.
To the exterior there is a large private swimming pool surrounded by a tiled terrace with sun loungers. Outside there is a barbecue and seating for ten guests, perfect for dining al-fresco whilst admiring the colourful sunsets. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a dip in the swimming pool. That is not all, the villa also comes with a table tennis for light competition.
This villa is in an ideal spot only 500 meters away from the sandy cove of Cala Gran but also less than 500 to Cala D'Or town centre where there is an array of shops and restaurants, ideal for those who would prefer to eat out.
