Villa Marelago is a seven bedroom villa located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, where you can find many restaurants. A few minutes’ drive away takes you to the local lake, beach, and golf courses.
This spacious villa is built on a double plot on a quiet cul-de-sac and boasts an all-weather tennis court, a large swimming pool and extensive landscaped gardens. The entrance hall has 2 steps down into the light and airy lounge area with several seating areas, a flat screen satellite TV and French windows looking out onto the garden and swimming pool terrace. The dining room has a table to seat up to 12 guests and sliding doors which lead to the garden and swimming pool terrace with a covered area, perfect for al fresco dining. The fully fitted kitchen includes an American fridge/freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and hob. There is a separate laundry room. Also, on the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and two have terraces. One of the bedrooms is next to the laundry room. The first floor comprises a master suite with double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and dressing area with private south facing terrace. There are a further three twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on this level.
Outside, you will find the kidney shaped swimming pool and the lovely outdoor terrace, filled with sun loungers and a covered dining area. The villa also has a Gymnasium, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and dining room. Wi-Fi internet is also provided. Maid service is included from Monday to Friday except on holidays.
