Overview
Villa Silenzio is located on top of a hill in the countryside near Volterra, the Etruscan town. You can admire all manner of ruins, both in the museums and strolling along the streets. Within easy reach are other destinations such as San Gimignano which is only a few minutes’ drive away. The “Teatro del Silenzio”, where Maestro Bocelli organizes a famous concert in summer, is only 23 kilometres far. The villa is just right for groups of friends or families who want to spend their holidays in the quaint countryside. The villa has about thirty hectares of land with numerous hiking tracks. The villa is surrounded by vast meadows and Olive groves with garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool. The accommodation has central heating, air conditioning, baby bed and Wi-Fi. A maid, babysitter, chef and cookery courses are available upon request and paid for on location. Parking on the property.
This villa offers a large living room (satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player), two dining rooms one of which has a fireplace, large kitchen, Spa area with massage area, Jacuzzi, salt room (halotherapy), leisure area, one double bedroom and bathroom with shower suitable all.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two of which have an extra single bed, each with shower en-suite, one double bedroom with bath and shower en-suite, one bedroom with twin beds and shower en-suite. Reachable from the outside only are two suites with double bed and extra single bed with shower en-suite. Laundry room (washing machine, ironing board and iron).
