Overview
Villino del Rio is semi detached villa, which on its 240 sq. m. can hold up to 8 persons in 3 double bedrooms, a double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. Guests will find an outdoor area with furnished garden and private swimming pool, parking, Wi-Fi. It is in a prime spot to explore this beautiful region close to the beaches of Camaiore.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
In front of the house you will find a beautiful enclosed, well-kept and furnished garden, 2000 sq. m., which borders just on one side with another garden. The two are divided by a fence and a high hedge. The swimming pool is in the lawn and is 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.2-1.5 metres, with a hydromassage area which is 0.9 metres deep (with a chair 45 cm high). All around the pool is a paved bathing area, with beach chairs, sunbeds and a hot water shower, while on one side you will find a relaxing area with a shaded sofa and chairs. Children are free to run around or play on the swing. There is also a poolside table, in a terrace next to the ground floor, perfect for outdoor dinners with a nearby wood-burning oven with barbecue.
Interior
The villa is on 3 floors. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and access to the furnished terrace, a dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. An indoor staircase leads to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms of which one with satellite TV, a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two bedrooms have access to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, with a great view of the surrounding hills. A staircase leads down from the living room to the basement floor, where you will find the tavern, with a living/dining room which has a fireplace, games table, PC area and double sofa bed. This floor also has a small storage room with washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
Location
The villa is at the bottom of a hilly area, in a quiet, sunny residential area not far from the centre of Camaiore. The garden and terrace have a great view of the countryside and the surrounding villas. In the background you can make out the hills surrounding the valley.
Activities and Distances
The villa is near Camaiore, an important centre in the backcountry of Versilia. The beaches of Lido di Camaiore are a 15-minute drive away. You can easily reach Forte dei Marmi and its famous clubs, bars, shops, restaurants, golf course and horse riding centre.
