Overview
Villa Altocolle farmhouse stands in the hills of Arno valley, between Lucca and Pisa. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and the outdoor area will allow you to relax whilst on your holiday. Whether you plan to lounge by the pool or want to venture out and explore the surrounding area there are plenty of cultural attractions with Pisa on your doorstep or Lucca just a short drive away along with many other destinations. In front of the house there is a large paved and panoramic terrace with table and chairs ideal for dining outdoors most of the season. In fact, the house is located at an altitude of about 300 metres above sea level and offers a generally mild and sunny climate. On the lawn, to the side of the house, is the swimming pool, garden furniture, a gazebo, barbecue and wood-burning oven. It is possible to ask when booking to have a cot. Maid service and Wi-Fi are available at an additional cost (paid locally). The villa has central heating and outdoor parking on the property.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room with a fireplace, dining facilities and kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and tableware. There is also a single bedroom with a WC. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with WC, one bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bath.
