Casale Luisa is part of a large farm of about 650 hectares, on the hills behind the beaches of Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the city of Volterra.
Villa Casale Luisa has been recently refurbished and transformed into a beautiful holiday villa sleeping 12, with 5 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 5 bathrooms, suitable for large families or group of friends. In the elegant rooms are many traditional elements: the earthenware and stone floors, the large fireplace, ceilings with wooden beams but just as many modern ones such as the perfectly equipped kitchen or the air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
The house has its own peculiar style, very elegant and refined. The ground floor consists of a living room with a big fireplace, mini stereo and satellite TV from which you access the garden, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, WC. The first floor hosts 4 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with twin beds with bathroom with shower. The house has wi-fi Internet connection, available only in the living room of the villa, a pool that upon request can be heated, central heating and car park on the property. All the bedrooms have insect screens at the windows and AC.
Outside there is a large natural lawn where the swimming pool is measuring 10x5 and 1.5 metres deep. The large shady terrace, equipped with a barbeque, tables and chairs, as well as the solarium area with a terracotta floor and furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs and outdoor shower, make it the perfect place for living outdoors.
There are many excursions and activities you can do: hiking, days at the seaside, visit the Etruscan city of Volterra or the splendid gulf of Baratti dominated by Populonia, ancient Etruscan centre. 4 km Guardistallo (all kinds of shops), 15 km Marina di Cecina (tennis courts and beaches), Riparbella (horse riding) and Bolgheri, 27 km Volterra, 85 km Siena.
